I am writing this note as a testimony of a great change in my life. Of which is due to the tremendous care and superb professional service I received from Dr. Joseph Zaky.

First of all, my daughter is a dentist, however, even that did not save me from growing feathers under my clothes (Meaning, I am one of the biggest chickens when it comes to doctors). Nonetheless, I got through the ordeal of keeping my mouth open and as a result, I received a tremendous new smile.

Dear Dr. Zaky and team,

I came to this office after years of "just fixing whatever hurt." Over time, I had seen different dentists who fixed the problems, but were not overly concerned with the aesthetics of dental work. So I had work in my mouth of varying ages and appearances. I was unhappy with my smile and tried to hide it. My self-esteem and my confidence suffered and affected my professional life (I am a teacher). To make matters worst, I developed gum problems that required surgery to correct. Now, it was a matter of my overall health being affected by my poor dental health and I was desperate for resolution.

I was given hope when I first visited Dr. Zaky and met him and his fine team of professionals. He would address the multitude of problems that existed. We developed a plan that would improve the appearance of my smile and address the serious issues I had with my dental health. Sedation dentistry enabled me to get through the hardest parts of the treatment during which my anxiety level would be the highest. I had developed a fear of dental procedures due to the extensive treatments I had had over the years. The sedation allowed more work to be done in one visit and I was thankful for its effectiveness.

During the months of treatments, Dr Zaky and team treated me with the utmost compassion, professionalism, respect, and dignity. The office manager, Joy, is a blessing to those of us for whom going to the dentist is anxiety-producing. She puts you at ease with her loving manner and warm spirit. She makes sure that you have everything you need and works very hard for the interest of the patients. The other members of Dr. Zaky's team: Kathy, Susan, Linda, and Llona are wonderful professionals who have consistently made me feel like a person with value rather than just another patient. And, of course, Dr. Zaky, whose breadth of knowledge and expertise is phenomenal, and who saw me through very complicated and extensive procedures. He was always kind, gentle, patient, and ensured that everything is done to the highest quality. I am thankful for his abilities and artistry.

The result of the work done in his office are awesome and I am sure will lead to positive changes in my feelings about myself and most importantly, afford me better overall health. I am committed to the care I need to do to maintain my dental health, and I am grateful for the high level of care I received from this pratice. Thank you, everyone!

There was nothing to be afraid of. I was very comfortable, never had any pains. I thought I was here for just a few hours not the 5 hours I was in the chair. The staff made me feel very comfortable, and warm. Altogether the whole visit before my sedation and the day of my sedation was great.

I had a great deal of fear before I came to this office; this is why I stayed away. I called this office & was put at ease & reassured by the kind staff that I would not experience any pain. I do not remember anything including eating & watching television. I would recommend this sedation to anyone. Everything that Joy told me was the truth & nothing but the truth. Patient felt no pain. Went home, slept, no pain whatsoever after the surgery.
